DC #2 - Union station and snow

More about DC! :) So, I have enclosed some pictures taken in Union Station (the train station in DC) and it was very pretty inside. with many many shops and fancy restaurants. we went to the American Restaurant, which has a collection of food from different states! very yummy indeed.

and later in the day, we went to the natural history museum - gems, mammals, prehistoric stuff AND watched polar express in 3D (IMAX theater). it was nice and white, snowy throughout the presentation. AND when we got out! it was SNOWING. such a surreal feeling. i felt snow flakes on my face cos i was staring up in the sky for some moments. and the guy walking next to us was like 'oh no, snow!' and i said 'oh yes, snow!'. :) it was very magical. for a split second b4 my thoughts reverted to the fact that snow = cold = winter!

but hey, it snowed! :) and also, i saw people ice-skating. OUTDOOR! was a park next to the museum. cool cool cool!
