southbeachdiet
as the title suggests... i have gained weight. which wasnt unexpected. but i have gained 10 pounds which is NOT good. at all. i have been eating so many cookies/brownies/cakes/everything unhealthy. so i suppose in a sense, this is not v surprising either.
but i am rather stressed out by the weight gain, i even bothered to look up the south beach diet online. ha. and its relatively difficult to follow - so i will come up with my own diet plan. no desserts whatsoever.
it is scary because i have a pair of jeans i cannot fit into already - duh! and my other stretch pants are stretched to the max. aiyoh... terrible terrible.
anyway i will keep this post short because i have a heap of work waiting for me!
have included some pics taken of myself with clara. and the other pic (l-r: helen, jen, shuang ning) at the jason mraz concert. i was so tired, i felt like falling asleep while standing. :)

dear ilai! :) well you see, there has been some baseball/football some kinda game season going on. so the OC doesnt resume till beginning november. awful awful.
eh, its possible lah. the cookies n brownies and ice cream all OVER makes it all very possible. of course, i was greedy too. eep. :(
