DC #1 - The Goldens

ok so thanksgiving break was a week ago! and i miss it so bad. i spent 5 days in DC, with my dear hallmate (kinda) cum astronomymate, Jessica Golden. And it was very nice of her family to 'put up' with me during the precious break!

refer to photos! jessica is the one in the godiva shot. and her family at the dinner table! we have lil bro, matthew, younger sis alex, dad king, mom sarah and jess herself! and yes, the goldens are terrific! such a lovely family and all. :) matthew taught me how to play multiple video games (he's 10) and he beats me in all of them - how not surprising. then alex, is a softball player and she's so funny (when she wants to be). dad king, nice name dont you think? king golden. fwah. :) he's a lawyer, UVa alumni and he makes delicious smoothies in the mornings. and mom sarah, who majored in psych and is now a consultant for educational stuff is so cheery and welcoming! when she's not in the house, you can tell - you cant hear her! hahaa.

of course, jess has been so wonderful! bringing me to places like the ZOO. lovely thai food. georgetown park for shopping. we watched pride and prejudice, erm, did lots of walking bout! and watching TV in the house. cool spy museum! :) ah - what a joy!

so yes, as you can possibly tell - the goldens are a great shiny bunch. haha. :) love them!
