atlantic city & left-hand drive
dear all. atlantic city is rather nice. quiet. but you should only make it a one day trip. casinos trying very hard to be vegasy. but according to cheryl, they have to try harder. in any case, there was a very BEAUTIFUL boardwalk! my first view of the beach/sea/sand since i got here! what a refreshing change. :) we (daniel, cheryl and myself) loved it! and took multiple pictures. jumping up and down, literally!
then we chanced upon their mall - outlet stores! wooooooo. and best of all, CREPES. so good. from a cafe called cavo. i would go back for more. btw a city is about 2.5hours drive from nyc. and speaking of driving, i actually drove for like a portion of the trip back! mom, please do not kill me. pretty simple. cos its on a expressway. just the left hand drive thing being slightly annoying. and the ROADS are not lit. quite an experience. but i miss driving so much, it felt good! and i only drove because daniel was so tired, and falling asleep on the wheel. no no. and cheryl is a manual kid. :) but actually, I WANTED to drive lah.
last night here in nyc. a good way to end to trip. and i really must say that its been a blast. love for city aside. its the people i met that made the HUGESTEST difference. my new york buddies have been the best best best. :)
alright i will go sleep. there's a long road trip tom! goodnight and au revoir, new york.
pics: taj mahal is a trump place. casino and hotel. bally's too (they had pretty quaint shophouses which kinda segmented their hotel/casino), big faced us at j. rockets, beach walk steps!

and OMG ARE THE SHOWERS WORKING YET? CAN YOU BATHE? you wouldn't be able to survive without working showers. it would be a kind of hell for you. i will never forget how you insisted on bathing even when there was a freaking POWER OUTAGE in the dorm and no one could see anything.

my dears. jen, yes i met her at the bathroom! how did you find out?! i couldnt believe it actually. i was like WHAT! and obviously forgot to get her cell in time. so we dint manage to meet up in nyc b4 goin our separate ways.
I KNOW! i think i ll just shower in the tub. i don care. i need to shower. and jen i m so tired from all the road trip its not even funny anymore. and please come back soon! bawl.
ning, i like my hat ok! excessive?? how dare you? haha. aiyah, beanies keep you dead warm. which is perfect. and you darlings, please be dressed to brace the weather ok? although its nice and warm these days!

p.s. jen: desperately need the power plug things to convert our pins to the americanish ones. please please!
