foreheadness

so, my forehead is filled with zits - of all sizes. and apart from looking bumpy, they hurt. 

and i think i know why - shampoo! i recently switched to pantene 2-in-1 or something like that and my forehead hasn't seen a bumpless, painless day ever since. 

we need to change that. NOW.
