i have exposed myself to the public at large, so i feel that you should as well. i bet you have been more successful than me at this weight-loss game. today i decided i was 'detoxing' and at about 11 am someone offered me chocolate and apparently my brain knows when to remind me of my detox - AFTER i had eaten the maltesers.
