the chubs
i seem to have been engaged in a lot of chubby talk lately - with family/friends (and note Dr. M's tag). so i thought - hey! let's google this.
i typed 'best way to lose weight' and VOILA - this yahoo forum popped up. here, i quote a certain bonnie:

i really don't want to lose 15lbs in 5 days. that's a tad too much. more like 5 in 15 days. so i made some very minor modifications to her anti-chubs regime.
i will go to the gym and jog for 20 minutes EVERY DAY, except for Holy Sabbath (God says no work). for as long as my knees will support me. and i am gonna jog slowly. but it's the increased metabolic rate that counts yah!
my future sai-wielding uber-toned arms. oooooooh. i like.
