yes, i am safe & sound. arrived in charlottesville last evening. was so tired i went to bed at 8pm. woke up 12 hours later and checked into my dorm. IT'S SO HOT! mainly because we do not have air-conditioning here. :( so hot! but i suppose it's better than winter.

can't BELIEVE school has started already. went yesterday to borrow books from library like the swot i am, but ended up spending $30 on a bag cos there was a huge bazaar going on. ON THE CORRIDOR!!! i couldn't have escaped even if i'd tried [which i didn't]
